The spacious room with a beautiful bathroom was a plus. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city's old town and getting around further areas.
The breakfast choices were limited, and if you have food allergies like me, it's better to skip breakfast. the hotel room was quite noisy at night, especially during Christmas time.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and packing us a to-go breakfast when we went on a day trip to the elephant sanctuary. The location was great, within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, and markets. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. We also enjoyed the lovely café and shop downstairs as well as the delicious breakfast served.
Nothing that we didn't like.

During my Easter break, I had an amazing experience staying at a beautifully decorated hotel located in the heart of the city. The antique furniture and tasteful decorations made my stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the hotel owners run a cozy restaurant and shop that complement the hotel perfectly.
Although the hotel’s central location provided easy access to explore the city, the street noise in the morning was a bit disruptive. despite the delicious breakfast options available, I wished that there were more traditional Thai breakfast dishes to choose from.
